Dashboard Overview
The Poliage Platform dashboard is your command center for managing visual documentation at scale.
Accessing the Dashboard
Visit console.poliage.com and sign in with your account.
Main Navigation
The dashboard is organized into key sections:
Project Dashboard
Each project has a dedicated dashboard showing:
Repo Health
- Connection status with GitHub
- Whether the main branch is blocked by pending reviews
- Configuration health indicators
Triage Rail
Quick access to items requiring attention:
- Pending visual reviews
- Draft changelogs
- Failed capture jobs
Release Stream
A timeline of recent activity:
- Commits with visual changes
- Approval/rejection history
- Publishing events
Job Monitor
A floating panel in the bottom-right tracks long-running processes:
- Capture jobs in progress
- Publishing status
- Processing states
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can:
- View Visuals: Browse all captured assets
- Review Changes: Approve or reject pending visuals
- Export Data: Download assets as JSON or CSV
- Manage Team: Invite members and configure permissions
Visual Diff Review
When reviewing visual changes, you can see a pixel-level diff overlay highlighting exactly what changed:
Version History & Rollback
Every visual maintains a complete version history. You can view previous versions and roll back to any point in time:
Rollback Process:
- Open Visual Detail - Click on any visual card to open the detail view
- View History - Click the History tab to see all previous versions
- Select Version - Click on any previous version to preview it
- Rollback - Click Rollback to make that version the current live version
The dashboard syncs in real-time. Changes from CLI publishes appear immediately without refreshing.
