Roles & Permissions

Poliage uses a simple three-tier permission model:

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Project Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Members
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invitation

They'll receive an email with a secure join link.

Managing Members

Change Role

  1. Find the member in the Team list
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select the new role

Remove Member

  1. Find the member in the Team list
  2. Click the Remove button
  3. Confirm removal

Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Any API keys they created remain valid until rotated.

Viewer Seats

Viewers are free and unlimited on all plans. Invite as many stakeholders as needed for visibility.

Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0 SSO:
